It’s not raining here (thank goodness!), but I’m wearing this lightweight trench to serve as a moderator between the bold red and blue colors, adding an element of calm but not taking a back seat. You’ll agree when you see it from behind. So anytime you have contrasting colors and want to tie them together effortlessly, add a layer (trench or scarf) in a soft color/fabric and it will be an AWESOME look.
Today’s pick: frayed-hem denim, with blue flared-sleeve shirt and beige trench paired with gold statement belt, gold metallic block-heeled pumps and a red clutch.
Trench coat: (Zara sold out, similar here and here); frayed-hem denim: (under $20 Francesca’s); blue flared-sleeve shirt: (Banana Republic sold out online but available in local stores or similar here);
shoes: (Vince Camuto sold out online, similar here and here); Belt: Gucci; Bag: Chanel.
I am wild about those frayed-hem jeans! Do you know of any where else that carries them? Every time I see your blog I am inspired to become more fashionable. Thank you for taking to time to show us such beautiful designs.
Thank you so much Kim!!! ? I love the frayed look and you can also find similar ones at Macy’s.
I’m a sucker for belled sleeves on a shirt! I love the statement on the trench “Awesome” it’s adds a bit of street with class! Also, the metallic pumps with the wider heel looks super comfy. Keep the blogs coming!
Thank you San!! I greatly appreciate the kind words and support!! ??
