Camo Love

Hello everyone! I am so ready for spring and am having a very difficult time keeping the shoulders covered. It’s mid-March, which means that spring is right around the corner. And even though the weather is still a bit chilly, I decided that a shoulder-baring shirt would be just fine, especially since it’s 1. a sweatshirt, 2. one shoulder exposed, 3. has a long, puff sleeve and ruffle and 4. it’s black. Bringing all of these together with camouflage pants keeps the look of cool weather, but also gives a nod to spring.

For as long as I can remember, bare shoulders have been the rage and basically a staple for spring and summer attire. This year is no different. But as I mentioned, it’s still a bit cold here, so we have to be smart with showing off the shoulders, which is easy to accomplish with the right materials, styles and colors. Think heavier fabrics and darker colors (i.e. sweaters, sweatshirts, black, camouflage, etc.). This will ensure you are in style AND in season!!

Today’s pick: one-shoulder sweatshirt with a puff sleeve and ruffle paired with distressed camouflage jeans and strappy stilettos. Simple jewelry with a statement belt.
